In 2009, Peugeot has continued to enhance its product range with the launch of the stylish new 308CC, bringing world-class quality to Peugeot's renowned pedigree with coupé cabriolet vehicles.  The future is exciting too, with the launch of the 3008 a new crossover vehicle planned for autumn 2009 and the 5008, a new MPV arriving early in 2010; both new concepts for our brand.

Peugeot History

At Peugeot, we have a long and proud history of success and innovation. From humble beginnings in the 19th Century, our story began when Jean-Pierre and Jean-Frederic Peugeot converted a mill into a steel foundry. Through hard work, tenacity and innovation, Peugeot forged its reputation on making quality tools.

Within 10 years, Armand Peugeot produced the first steam-powered tricycle. This made Peugeot one of the pioneers of the automobile. Moving from the bicycle to the motorbike, we quickly began developing a range of vehicles. 

Now 120 years later, Peugeot has fully established its name, personality and sales network. With a wide range of much-loved vehicles, Peugeot is still going from strength to strength.
