During 2012 Peugeot has continued to enhance its product range with the launch of 208 which follows the styling from the iconic 205. Peugeot has also continued to enhance its technology with its Diesel Hybrid engines and new 3 cylinder petrol engines which produce ultra low CO2 and have high MPG figures. 

The future is exciting too, with the launch of the 208 GTi in 2013, putting the "Peugeot GTi" back on the map!

Peugeot History

At Peugeot, we have a long and proud history of success and innovation. From humble beginnings in the 19th Century, our story began when Jean-Pierre and Jean-Frederic Peugeot converted a mill into a steel foundry. Through hard work, tenacity and innovation, Peugeot forged its reputation on making quality tools.

Within 10 years, Armand Peugeot produced the first steam-powered tricycle. This made Peugeot one of the pioneers of the automobile. Moving from the bicycle to the motorbike, we quickly began developing a range of vehicles. 

Now Peugeot has fully established its name, personality and sales network. With a wide range of much-loved vehicles, Peugeot is still going from strength to strength.
