The PSA Group offers a wide range of training schemes for school and college leavers, allowing you to earn money while you learn valuable skills. Our Technical apprenticeship opportunities, based at our state of the art technical centre in Coventry, provide you with on the job and formal training at the same time as receiving a competitive salary.  In addition to attending our training centre in Nottingham, you will work towards achieving the City & Guilds certificates and NVQ levels II and III qualifications.

What’s involved?

You can expect to spend 12 to 18 months as a trainee. You’ll either work in a number of different departments, in your chosen function, or on long-term project work. Wherever you work, you’ll gain a full appreciation of your chosen function. Unlike many Graduate schemes, the end of your training period is not the end of our commitment to you, all of our Graduates are employed on permanent contracts. Plus, our HR team will be on hand to help you plan your next move or advise you on your career.
During your training year, you’ll undertake a series of core skills training sessions. These will help you fulfil your potential and develop into your job with us.
