The Peugeot and Citroën finance managers support dealerships in promoting the full range of wholesale and retail finance products. Working in this role you are responsible for building relationships with dealers and supporting, training and coaching them in our products. The goal is to gain their commitment to support our full range of finance and insurance products so that the company objectives are achieved. Finance manager roles are based at home and located throughout the country.
Operations and Marketing
Our Operations and Marketing department has the expertise to provide critical information to the company, enabling it to develop profitable and attractive financing and insurance products. This includes the agreement of dealer finance packages, market research in the form of monitoring competitor activity and trends, and developing campaigns linked with the two marques. A key responsibility of the team is also to design and deliver training programmes for BPF field staff and dealerships to ensure they are up to date on BPF products and services.
This team supports our dealerships across the UK. It comprises three departments: Proposals and Fleet, Underwriting, and Funding and Commissions. All are aimed at providing an efficient and effective new business service. As part of this team you could be involved in supporting the dealers by giving proposal quotations, underwriting, funding deals, investigating potential fraudulent deals and dealing with commission queries.
Our customers are important to us and working in this busy call centre means that you are responsible for providing a good customer experience. There are three teams: Retail, Fleet Vehicle Administration and Fleet Vehicle Returns. Their work includes managing the administration of customer or fleet contracts for their duration including reschedules, calculating early settlement payments and ensuring the smooth and efficient process of fleet vehicle returns.
This department recovers any debt or payments owed to the Group, for both individual and fleet customers. Working in this department could mean contacting customers directly by telephone or letter, or working with third party agencies in repossession and litigation cases to ensure money owed to the company is recovered.
Dealer Credit and Fleet including Wholesale Dealer Services
The Credit department provides finance to the Peugeot and Citroën dealerships and large fleet clients throughout the UK. They also assess their financial risk. Working in this department involves assessing the credit worthiness of dealers and large Fleet clients, identifying potential risk situations with dealers and helping develop solutions.
Finance and Administration (HR and Facilities, Operational Accounting, Finance, Legal & Compliance, Cashiers)
Finance and Administration work across a number of different disciplines including HR and Facilities, Operational Accounting, Finance, Legal and Compliance. All these functions are essential in supporting the operational teams in ensuring the company is successful and compliant with relevant regulations.
Covering Technical Services and Software Development, our IT department offers a broad range of services to support Banque PSA Finance employees. The departments are responsible for ensuring the day to day support of the technical infrastructure as well as project-based work to support the evolution of system developments. This team liaises closely with the central IT team in Paris.
