Competitive Salary
We’re always reviewing our salaries to keep them competitive within the market. Your salary package will depend on the company that you work for and the job that you do.
Generous Holiday Entitlement
All PSA Peugeot Citroën Group companies offer a generous holiday entitlement. Your exact number of holidays will vary depending upon which part of the Group you work in.
Employee Car Ownership Schemes
We operate an employee car ownership scheme. Subject to certain criteria, you can pay a low monthly charge to operate a new, maintained and fully insured Peugeot or Citroën vehicle.
Car Purchase Discount
Subject to certain criteria, you’ll also enjoy a discount on the price of purchasing new and used Peugeot or Citroën vehicles. This benefit even extends to certain family members!
Childcare Vouchers
This scheme allows you to buy childcare vouchers in a tax efficient way. You’ll make great savings, as National Insurance and Income Tax is not levied on the value of the childcare vouchers.
Competitive Family Friendly Provisions
The Company offers a fantastic range of family friendly provisions, for example maternity and paternity provisions, parental leave, and flexible working.
Pension Scheme

Some areas of the Group also have a Share Incentive Plan. SIP is simply the technical name for a plan like ours, which has been designed to help you build up a shareholding in the Group It’s a tax-efficient way of saving for the long term. For every three shares you buy we’ll give you another one.

Depending on which part of the group you work in, for management level roles, we offer additional benefits such as private medical insurance. Equally, added to your employee car ownership benefit, you may be eligible for Enhanced car benefits.
