Sales and Network Operations
New vehicle sales is at the heart of our business. We target the retail and fleet markets by creating innovative tactical campaigns. The customer experience comes first at Peugeot and we work hard to create a sales process that proves this.
Our Fleet department focuses on developing sales to business users. We create bespoke offers and marketing material to retain key accounts. After all, they make up almost 50% of our UK volume.
Our field sales force is responsible for managing our relationship with the dealer network. We make sure all Peugeot dealers achieve their targets; selling the right mix of vehicles and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction that in return, will deliver them a good profit.
Distribution
Our Distribution team are responsible for making sure the right mix and volumes of vehicles are fabricated at plants around the world and delivered to regional distribution centres and dealerships on time.
Marketing & PR
Our marketing department is divided into six key areas:
Our Retail Communications team covers all activities aimed at Retail customers, including national TV, radio and press advertising, customer events, sponsorship and customer relationship marketing.
Fleet Communications handles B2B communications, customer relationship management and improving product awareness.
Product and Pricing make sure we have enticing products, competitively priced with the right specification for the UK market.
Dealer Marketing Services support our dealers through local advertising, developing point of sale material, creating and running sales incentives and keeping them informed through national business meetings.
On top of this our Market Research and Planning team handle all media planning and buying. Plus they deliver the market research that forms the basis of our entire marketing and commercial strategies.
Aftersales Marketing focus on delivering tactical campaigns and material to encourage retention of service customers and to increase the volume of parts sales.
Finally, our small but effective PR team manage and control public perception of the Peugeot brand image by developing excellent working relationships with the world’s media.
With a relatively small marketing function, a great deal of the design for Peugeot marketing is outsourced to agencies so Peugeot marketeers must be both innovative and able to build effective working relationships with our creative partners.
