Responsible for both the Sales and Aftersales operation of the branch, your overriding responsibility is to maximise profitability through sales of New and Used vehicles, Parts, Labour, and Bodyshop repair. You will maximise the efficiency of all departments by controlling cashflow, stock-levels and assets in line with budgetary and business plan requirements. People management forms a key part of the role where you will be responsible for recruiting, inducting, performance managing and inspiring your people. You will aim to minimise staff turnover by developing and maintaining a motivated, productive and rewarded team. Working well at all levels, you’ll ensure outstanding customer care and satisfaction at all times.
Sales Executives
Locations: Nationwide
As a Sales Executive with Robins & Day, you have a key role in not only selling our fantastic product range but also assisting the team in delivering industry-leading levels of customer care and satisfaction. This could be in New Car, Used Car, Local Business or Fleet sales, where you will generate sales and meet targets through developing and maintaining excellent customer relationships. These roles are exciting for anyone who strives to meet and exceed sales targets through agreeing their own deals with the customer, whilst providing outstanding levels of customer experience.
Technicians
Locations: Nationwide
Our skilled and qualified technicians are responsible for repairing and servicing vehicles, in addition to detecting and diagnosing any additional vehicle faults requiring further repair. You will get it ‘Right First Time’ and ensure customer safety at all times. You will also be responsible for passing on your valuable knowledge to our apprentices through their on the job learning and development. You will liaise directly with our customers on occasion so previous customer-facing experience and enthusiasm is essential.
Customer Advisors
Locations: Nationwide
Providing a warm, welcoming service reception area for our valued aftersales customers, in order to meet their every need regarding the service and repair of their vehicles, our Customer Advisors are thorough and professional from the moment a car arrives until it leaves the workshop. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate records and processing payments ensuring we keep the customers informed about the progress of their vehicles at all times. Meeting customers’ high standards is integral to these roles, so you’ll always make a great impression, even when dealing with complaints and finding solutions to customer problems.
